Cancellation & Refunds
Full Refund
A 100% refund will be issued for cancellation requests received more than 14 days prior to the scheduled tour start date.
Partial Refund
A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations made between 14 days and 24 hours prior to the scheduled tour start date.
No Refund
No refund will be issued for:

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled tour start time

No-shows on the day of the tour
