1. What happens if it pours?

Since Singapore is a tropical garden city, rain is part of the experience. For light drizzle, we usually continue the tour. During heavy downpours, we will pivot to indoor locations like malls or hawker centers to wait it out comfortably.

2. Are the tours private?

Yes. Every booking is private for your specific group only. You will have a dedicated guide, ensuring you never have to wait for strangers or follow a rigid group schedule.

3. Can we change the itinerary on the fly?

Absolutely. Because our tours are by default fully customized, we are happy to adjust things as we go. If you see an interesting spot or want to linger longer at a location, just let your guide know.

4. What should we wear?

Singapore is tropical and humid, so we suggest light, breathable clothing and comfortable walking shoes. Sunblock and a hat are also highly recommended for outdoor exploration.

5. Are the tours kid friendly?

We enjoy hosting families and our guides are skilled at keeping children engaged. Please share their ages so we can ensure the route is stroller friendly and includes appropriate snack stops.

6. Do we need to tip the guide?

Tipping is not mandatory in Singapore, but it is always appreciated if you feel your guide went above and beyond to make your day special.

7. Is transport included in the price?

If you book a tour that includes transportation, all vehicle and driver fees are covered. For walking tours, transport costs are excluded as the focus is on exploring by foot or local transit.

8. Is there a lot of walking involved?

That is entirely up to you. We can design an energetic walking route through hidden back alleys or arrange private transport if you prefer to stay in the air conditioning and save your legs.

9. Can you handle dietary restrictions?

Definitely. Singapore offers endless food options. Whether you are vegan, gluten free, or have specific allergies, just let us know and we will find the perfect spots for your meal stops.
